Do you include fuel?

No. For air-safe shipping, lighters ship without fuel. You can fill it with lighter fluid after delivery.

Can I preview before production?

Yes. We send a digital proof within 24 hours. You can confirm or request edits. Production starts only after approval.

Which insert should I choose?

Standard is fine for casual use. Plus (2×) is best value for fewer refills. Pro (3×) is best for the longest interval between refills.

Will prints scratch? Why include a TPU case?

We include a clear TPU case to help reduce scratches during daily carry and preserve UV photo/color wraps. It’s removable and doesn’t affect lighter use.

What files work best?

JPG/PNG recommended. Aim for 1500–3000px on the long edge. Logos look best as SVG/PNG (transparent background). Only use content you have rights to use.
