How Custom Ordering Works

1. Place your order.
2. Email your artwork and order number to customerservice@flarelighters.com.
3. We prepare the engraving layout and send a proof for approval.
4. After approval, custom production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Artwork note: This is an engraved finish rather than full-color photo printing. Clean text, logos and line artwork give the clearest result.

Fuel: The lighter ships empty for transport safety. Add suitable lighter fluid after delivery.
