The ZORRO 552 starts as solid brass stock. CNC milling removes the interior material to form the fuel chamber, hinge area and working structure.
There is no removable insert: the body itself is the lighter. The result is a dense 121.4 g feel, strong sealing and a construction collectors can see and understand.

What fuel should I use?
Use standard Zippo-style lighter fluid made for wick lighters. The lighter ships empty and must be filled after delivery.
How long does one fill last?
A fill typically lasts around 10–15 days, depending on lighting frequency, lid opening, storage temperature and climate. Actual duration varies.
What if it does not light after delivery?
First confirm that lighter fluid and a flint have been installed. If overfilled, wipe away excess fuel and allow it to evaporate before lighting. Keep the striker wheel dry and contact us if the problem continues.
Can I replace the wick and flint?
Yes. The wick, flint and cotton are replaceable. The striker-wheel mechanism can also be serviced when worn.
